You're recap is effing hilarious! I love evrything you said about it.

And Stefan/Caroline, I totally see it too. I was hoping the'd have some sort of bonding moment about how their lovers were reminiscing on the 'good old days' although I do ship Mett/Caroline way more as well.

I've shipped Stefan and Caroline since episode 4 when they were dancing as Elena and Damon were off oozing sexual chemistry in confined corners. I'm pretty sure if Matt was ever offed (I would die if it happened, btw) I have no doubt they would go there because D/E is taking over the show.
