 im making no guarantees about taste but im combinging two recipies for my next batch of cupcakes

vanilla cheesecake crumb top cupcakes
and 
caramel apple crisp

im gonna call them "apple heaven"

if you want some let me know now so I know how many to make.  I'm hoping ot have time to make them on saturday.

yummmmmmmm. my cupcakes are always just from a box cake mix. next time i want classy cup cakes for some event i'll hire you.

thats how i started. I was babysitting this kid and we decided to make cupcakes and i got candy bars thinking "oh, i'll bake these into the cupcakes and it will be awesome". it was. then i made 100 for my sisters sweet 16 party. I had angel food ones with strawberry, chocolate with marshmallow, chocolate with hot fudge and chocolate with strawberry and chocolate and angel food mixed.
then i started making them for my roommates, still using box mixes but using different candy bars.
then my friend tara got me a cupcake recipe book and told me i needed to start doin it right.
i like making cupcakes for other people to eat.

cup cakes are pretty amazing. i ALMOST had a cupcake cake for our wedding. still kinda wish i did, but it was more expensive and i'm thrifty.

my friend tara (OOOH, YA!) wants cupcakes at her wedding shower. originally i was going to make them since she started me on this revolution and since i tell her that cupcakes are the new cookie (she is the one who makes cookie tins for everyone at christmas). then she said that she wants hyvee to make them becuase they make frosting flowers on top of them. ok well thats pretty and all but its like 3 inches of buttercream frosting. BARF. we are still in negotiations about who will do her cupcakes.
