Well, I guess that I was avoiding the doubts all along because with time I just wanted to get to know him better. With time they would go away. But I see now there were doubts not extinguished in his mind. Nor does he know how to deal with the loss of his father and the responsibilities he has to fulfill for his family. No hun they aren't easy... I hope he can really overcome all of this... And I agree with you: thru friendship you can have a solid bond.

I know you want him to be happy... I really hope both are you get there =D...

this is a tough situation for him. he definitely has a lot on his plate. like you said he'll need time to figure & sort things out within himself {mentally & emotionally}.

and that's where it all starts a STRONG friendship.

... i like his focus... his self-discipline... he is a doer, not a talker. He has motivation to persevere, to be successful. Does it cover his faults? well, what i find is that our communication is off track a bit. I say things and he takes on this other level that i didn't mean. it doesnt seem to cover the off balanced communication...

thanks for commenting actually. his experience is a unique one and it's rare to find anyone that can relate. talking about tough experiences is the best way to cope with them. i want to listen and help him to look at life more positively. and the tribulations are only temporary. resurrection is a wonderful hope and i hope it drives him to continue spiritually strong.
