I think I have finally come to terms with the death of my ex-husband

I went through the five stages pretty quickly when my mother died. I think I was able to go through three of them in a single breath.

But then, I'd also had many years to get used to the idea that it was inevitable.

I think even if you know you still go through the same phases.. are we ever prepared? I doubt it.. it is because we are human and have feelings.
