Sorry I haven't made contact before now...I'm just now emerging from tax season. I really enjoyed meeting and hanging out with you at estrella. I found your journal so I added you, hope you don't mind and consider adding me back.
Morgaine! I'm delighted! Both to hear from you, and to hear that you remembered me (and got in touch, even so.) I wanted to friend you on MySpace (when I saw you on Seth's list), but I really only use that site as storage for miscellaneous quotes -- LJ is where I write what I feel. (MySpace is a great networking tool, but I find it rather toxic.)
Sorry to be the bearer of parenthetic digressions, but Seth and I just returned from Outlands Coronation, and I am tired enough to keel over. (Too tired to sort, wash, and put away; not too tired to monkey about on the machine, obviously.)
But very glad to hear from you! I meet so few people who are analytical AND generous in spirit -- and I can't always consider myself one of the latter, but I want to be, and keep trying....
:) I'm glad we finally connected online! I really had a great time with you at war, and hoped to get to know you better. I'm exceedingly shy with people (until I get to know them well) so I was hoping you'd remember me as well. (we must think our minds are feeble or something!) it seems the parenthetical digressions are contagious
I don't use myspace much at all, except as a place to keep in touch with friends who aren't on LJ and potentially find old friends misplaced by time and space. I don't journal nearly as much as I used to, but I find LJ a great place to dump the contents of my mind when needed.
Anyway, I look forward to keeping in touch with you, and getting to know each other better.
