well it did kinda hurt well ya when they put the neddle threw it hurts for like 2 minutes then its like w/e you bleed a little but the pain isnt anything the swelling sucks cuz u cant eat anything for like 2 weeks mine still hurts when i eart and u have to use listerine like 5 times a day
