I think back to last winter...we hardly set foot in our backyard from when we bought the house (Dec. 8) until April or so. Of course, our first measurable snowfall last year wasn't until Valentine's Day, so it was a lot more drab back there. My office has a window overlooking the back yard, so I keep hoping.

That sunset was so cool...it had just stopped snowing, but it was still cloudy, so you couldn't actually see the sun. It was gorgeous...all pearlescent behind the clouds.
