I can't picture what is in coffee that would trigger a yeast overload, not like sugar or yeast-cultured foods. I would think that yeast-leavened bread would be more likely to cause issues than coffee.
Also, and this might be getting too personal so forgive me, but you're in a relationship, right? If your partner has a yeast infection, it can be passed along to you.

Yeah, I eat goat's milk yogurt at most meals, consume 16 BILLION probiotic bacteria daily, take cranberry supplements 2x day. I'm staying away from anything processing (including white flour) everything with yeast in it. I don't know why coffee is on the list but it is.
I am in a relationship, but this problem has been around for most of my adult life. I'm certain my symptoms are diet related as I got a dreadful yeast infection the day after eating pizza & a UTI after a night of drinking. Ian is on the same diet as I am to reduce the chance of him being the carrier.
Strangely, I've had the most luck going to an acupuncturist but I have to space out the visits due to finances.
