EDITSSSS:  And then it was thirty minutes, and then it was an hour, and then it was two and he finally texted, "Test tomorrow morning.  Missed too many classes so have to study a lot."

This is the most appropriately titled post ever because EVERY girl has those moments. None of us want to get hurt, so when we put ourselves out there (and wait for the answer to that text or e-mail or voicemail) and the answer we get back is underwhelming, we assume that the other person is trying to play us. That was the longest run-on sentence known to man. What I'm trying to say is exactly what Leigh already said. Sometimes people have tests or only check their text messages every few hours or have legitimate obligations that don't necessarily come before you in importance or enjoyment but have to get done anyway.

Plus, you know that sex after a successful exam will be WAY better anyways.
