do you ever get sick of telling yourself to loose weight?
why is it that people want to loose weight and be considered beautiful but can't let go of the foods that got them to where they are now?
it seems like food is a powerful addiction, is it for you or no?

Yeah, all the time. I spent the better half of my life hating myself because of how I looked and thinking everyone else hated me, too. I've finally started to embrace it and feel comfortable in my own skin but that doesn't make it acceptable. I hate telling myself to lose weight, but I'm the only one who can do anything about it ( ... )

a good trick is not eating after 8pm.
it really helps. i just make sure i eat a snack during the day then a meal between 4 and 6 and just drink water or have a little snack and by the time it's 8pm im a little hungry but i feel gross eating cause i know i wont do anything to work it off.
you should really try it.

as for food being addictive. i totally believe it is for some people. i know i would never be able to stop eating bagels with all the fixin's and cereal.

i know i wont be able to get in on the healthy range completely, i dont have enough disipline.
well, goodluck.

I tend to go to the gym around 10-11pm so I've slowly been getting out of that habit. Haha, I didn't have discipline for a LONG time mostly because I wouldn't gain or lose weight no matter what I did, but I also wasn't working out. It's a slow process though. And thanks, I'll need all the luck I can get, haha.

Where did you buy your camera(s) from... and are you going to pursue a career in photography?

I bought my Nikon D50 from Ritz. I actually just got a job at Sea World as a photographer, haha. There are other things I want to pursue career-wise but photographer is like, top 3 haha.

I always want to ask why can't we be friend, as smash mouth as that sounds I really find you a cool person talented and beautiful. I just never know what to say to you. Anyway i guess my question could be what do you look for in making a new friend?!

Hah, well... thanks, I appreciate that. As far as making a new friend, I'll never shun you before I know you. I'm always open to making new friends, just be yourself. That sounds cliche but it's tried and true. I really value my friends and in a way, I'm a little over-protective of them and it's because they've done the same for me. I have to admit I'm a little baffled by you not knowing what to say to me. Have you tried talking to me before?
