Anti-anxiety Drugs?

What drugs are safe for decreasing anxiety? I'm heading to the doctors Friday and want to make sure I know what he can prescribe me.  Lexapro and Zoloft are the only ones I've heard of. Are they safe?

I've been on zoloft (for general anxiety and panic attacks) for 7 years or so, through out breastfeeding and pregnancy. It seems to be the best for me. I've tried prozac and paxil with adverse side effects.
