Easy Appetizer?!

Quick, help!

Tomorrow, Joe and I are going to an "adult's" dinner and we are supposed to bring an appetizer. What do I make??? It needs to travel for about 15 minutes, so I can't do hot hot stuff.  I want to make something easy and yummy. What do you suggest??

Want the easiest best one? I take a can of chili (just the regular kind) and add a block of cream cheese. Microwave for a couple of minutes to melt the cheese and mix it together. It is absolutely the best dip you have ever had for tortilla chips. Everyone always raves about it and I'm requested to bring it to every party and it's wayyyyyyy easy.
