The appointment went great!!  John went from 7# 4oz on Friday to 8#1 oz yesterday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  How freaking amazing is that! Can we say holy growth spurt baby??

Today's challenges:

-Increase his mouth opening so he can stop gnawing on me
-Decrease amount of formula/supplemental bm he's getting

I love you and you know that already, but could you PLEASE stop simultaneously pushing on my ribcage and punching my bladder. You know I can 't get up fast anymore and that pushing on my ribcage makes it nearly impossible and that punching my bladder makes me have to pee. I am almost afraid to ask what time Sarah (Phen's) surgery is...if it's anytime around 12 noon EST, then she will be in great company.  Dad and FIL are both scheduled for 'surgery' at that time. Dad's isn't really surgery, it's the broncoscopy, but he has to be sedated for it and it will therefore take place in the OR.  FIL's prostate cancer ( Read more... )

I made Joe switch sides of the bedlast night so I could sleep on my left side and not face the middle of the bed. One of those stupid weirdnesses I have, can't face the inside of the bed (I get too hot).  So,  I made him switch. It didn't work. His side has  a HUGE dip in it.  I had no idea.
