I am entirely puzzled by the fact that I have no problems attracting the attention of (wealthy, charming, german) older men but have no skills at attracting men much closer to my own age? What is a 20 something man looking for in a women and why aren't I it?

You must remember that the majority of people our age, M'lady, are a pack of classless dogs. The palate only develops a taste for the finer things in life a lot later on.

My word, I could imagine Jeremy Irons slithering that slippery, sickly line out to some simpering Debutante, trying fruitlessly to camouflage his leering, lecherous needs under a guise of paternal support.

Erm. That wasn't the prettiest picture painted, so I'll just say...you're worth it, even with the 'wife problems'.

As has been previously stated, older men hold significant advantages over younger. You deserve something much better than men of a similar age are capable of offering.

Brutal honesty.

If we're going with the brutal honesty thing here, I hope I have earned the right to say something like this:

Stop trying to work out what you want, there is no checklist, and no one can measure up to the checklist if there was one. There's just here and now and where you're at. Go with the champagne thing.

And go listen to your own CD. "On The Radio".
