So... ever since Livejournal updated it has been destroying the resolution on my images. I can't figure out how to fix this problem, so I'm linking to the new Titanic piece (Chapters 14) off my DeviantART profile. I hope the grey box doesn't put you off. ::hugs everyone::
If anybody knows how to fix the issues I'm having, please let me know. I've

I want a happy ending too! *sniffles* I may just up and DIE. Well, not really, but i'll be inconsolable for HOURS AND HOURS.
But seriously, i love the ice crystals in the sky on this picture. And Crowley's face is...heartbreaking. I want to hug him and not let go. *HUGS HIM SO TIGHT* And as usual, i'm in love with the damn eyebrows.
They're just so DAMN MANLY. ARRRGGGG.

I do hope you like Asmodeus. The deviantart upload turned out better if you have trouble seeing through the fuzziness. ::curses L/J shakes fist::

But that said, I have to say how wonderfully you homed in on the essentials of "the" scene, the one that all but screams for an illustration. And in spite of some technical awkwardness, you deliver where it counts most, in the emotional pull and the capturing of the authentic "moment" of the narrative for your author.
Crowley's expression is achingly well captured--I especially like the darkness of them with just the thin sparks of glint in them. And the color palette and the hint of frost crystals in the air really conjure up the cold silence of the night.

Oh and now you talk about Crowley's face and I want to cry again... poor Crowley. I will try not to squee aloud that you found my color palette effective... I was so unsure about going totally blue and I'm glad it works! ::dances like a fool::

I don't even know where to start, you just broke my heart. The colour palette, all heartbreaking blues, the ice crystals and oh good gods their expressions! On first glance I was going to say Aziraphale looks peaceful and then I realised he really doesn't have much of an expression, in contrast to the cliché of people looking peaceful when you know they're in Heaven, and that was just chilling and well done. And Crowley's expression, oh man, he makes me want to sob and hold him tight. All that pain.
