Can someone please tell me what they mean by 'close by' I mean is this people that visit you more often, or people that visited you most recently? What the fuck do they mean by close by?

I tried out TrustFlow II for LiveJournal. The following people not on the friends list for lady_auror are close by:

• aintafraid2die (0 - 50)
• brambernut, critical_wound, quietlyburning, reset_panda, doctorkanin, echan314 (50 - 100)
• artisticmemory, she_who_dares, status, recyclemyheart, lonniematson, kelly_kitten, tacitadark, apathy_io, loonylenny (

Basically this is a list of people who YOUR friends have as THEIR friends, so it's a sort of friend of a friend of a friend list. It basically means nothing, it is just there to help you with networking etc.. as in broadening your friends list if you so choose.
