Try chaging all the '<'.
When you're in 'rich text' mode & you type them, they turn into a code & whatever you're using them for doesn't work.
So chance the codes, which are something like '< ;' without the space [I hope that works] to an actual <.
Do it quickly in Word by using find & replace.
I hope it works.
Anyway, now I'm actually going to read the update. :]
