I'm sorry. It's such a terrible loss.

Thank you, Bill. It's been eight weeks now since my little girl has been gone, and most days, the pain is still very fresh. I'm going to a companion animal support group at the University of Minnesota Veterinary Hospital for those who are grieving, and it helps to know that there are those who do understand the loss. There are a lot of folks who don't.
