I bought a new comforter and sheet set for our bed. I've had it on layaway for almost 2 months. Finally got it yesterday. Washed it, dried it put it on the bed......and the comforter is too small. The sheets fit, the bed skirt fits, but not the comforter. I almost cried when I realized it was too small. Damn hormones. I'm so frustrated. I

Oh honey- just call it a Duvet cover and tell people it's supposed to look like that!

Haha! I think I'll just put one of my throw blankets at the end of the bed that way it covers up where it is too short.

I'd try to take it back anyway. Stores have got to understand that everybody washes stuff before they put it on the bed. That would upset me too. That stuff isn't cheap!

No, not cheap at all. Hence the layaway plan. It came as a set Comforter/fitted sheet/flat sheet/bed skirt/pillow shams/pillow cases. I'm thinking it will just be easier to just put up with it than to take everything off my bed, try to fold it and fit it back in the air tight plastic bag it came in and then haul it back to the store to return it.

I don't know why it always seems comforters are always too small for my beds, I have a king size comforter and mink blanket on a queen size bed, and it seems too small even....
