Errr, I received a Jury Duty questionnaire in the mail yesterday. Then today my sister e-mails me this forward that has been going around about a Jury Duty scam. The crooks call you on the phone and ask for all your personal info pretending to be from the County Court House claiming they sent you a letter for Jury Duty and if you don't give them ( Read more... )

Did you receive a summons to Jury Duty along with the questionnaire? If you call the Clerk of Court, they can verify it.

No. It was just a "potential juror questionaire" I think. I guess I should have made a copy of the form before putting it in the mail.

The form already had my full name, ssn, and birthdate. They were asking general questions.

#1 asked if I was an United States Citizen
#2 asked if I spoke English
#3 asked something like if I did not speak English please state what language I did speak.
Um, if I don't speak English how could I complete the form?
