Carrying on with the general theme of getting back into shape, I did yoga today for the first time in ages. I certainly did need it. My poor body is so stiff and locked up. I must remind myself to do yoga more often.

I've cooked some of the best, most creative meals on days that I've gone into the kitchen thinking that I had absolutely no groceries. Tonight is a great example. It really is amazing what can come out of the last of a bag of frozen veggies, some TVP, and a few spices. Best meal I've made all week.
