800 Pound Gorilla, Thy Name is Colon Tumor

So yes, it is cancer.  Dad has a tumor "the size of a golf ball, maybe a golf ball and a half" in his colon, very near the beginning of the colon itself.  The location is (according to the stomach specialist) "very operable" without even the necessity of having a colostomy.  The not-so-good news is that he also has spots on his liver and lungs.
