So, I finished a particular drawing/design of a Phoenix last week, and I've just now got around to doing all that uploading business on dA.
I'd love to know what people think; I'm really glad I have it finished, and without any major mess-ups! So, here it is - go on, click, take a look at it in full view.

Ah! Thank you so much! I'm really, really happy with it myself, and it's even better to know that I'm not the only one. :D It's a nice feeling, being able to create things that are pleasing to the eye.
My parents want to frame the original, ehe... It's a little embarassing.
It took some time, but that was mostly because I never really do anything in one sitting. :3

I will! It's not too bad, but I'll have a bit to catch up on tomorrow - that's the worst thing about staying home. D: I'm getting better again, I didn't have a higher-than-normal temperature last night.

Hehe, yeah! I'm going to. I wonder where they'll put it, though. You never know with my parents. Might stick it in the hallway or the kitchen.
I made an abstract design in the same sort of style in white paint on one of the panes of glass inside their new room - we got an extension. The way the light shines through it is awesome~ It looks like waves of light on the wall ( ... )
