That's not a bad system, not a bad price. I threw together a system a couple weeks ago that, while a little worse for the processor (went with AMD instead of intel, and intel is winning the race right now) and had no optical drive; it did have 2GB ram, a 500GB drive, a 600W PSU, and a better video card for a total of about $760 - $120 in rebates ( ... )
