Thank you! I can't take too much credit for the art - mostly I cropped and recoloured stuff off Google images - but I am kinda proud of the story, so thanks for letting me know you enjoyed it. :-)

Thanks for the feedback. It isn't directly based on anything, but I was probably influenced in some ideas by the Temeraire series, which I love. As for the dialogue...not sure how I would change that? It wasn't deliberately formalised, but that doesn't mean anything. :-) Thanks for sticking it through to the end and lettig me know what you think!

Oh, I see! Yes, I get that now. My very first story I ever did I got corrected for using Mum instead of Mom (totally threw the person every time). I don't 'think' in an American accent. LOL
