I've spent entirely too much time over the past week reading over this Let's Play of Breath of Fire IV. It is really entertaining. I haven't played the game; somehow I totally overlooked its very existence. Probably because it came out toward the end of the PS1's lifespan, I think ( Read more... )

Oh, I don't watch LPs on SomethingAwful, I want them on YouTube. I'm fairly fond of two in particular: HCBailly and NintendoCapriSun. Those two got moxie, lemmie tell you!

I prefer screenshot LPs. I don't enjoy listening to people talk over gameplay, most of the time I don't find their voice/what they have to say at all enjoyable. Written stuff tends to be more thought-out.

A lot of the LPs on SA are video LPs though. You'd be surprised how many of those people on Youtube are goons.

Oh, these two are as goony as they come. One is a debonair game-show host, and the other is a bumbling 35-year old, heheheh.

I've been replaying DK Country 2 the last couple days. It is bliss. Sometimes I love being a technological dinosaur.
