Look at you go, Mel! You've been quite the diligent poster lately. I got your e-mail (think back to LONG ago) regarding the eggrolls and I'm so glad you liked them! I think they're FREAKING awesome and I sure like having my opinion echoed by others. :) I also have got this amazing from-scratch chocolate cake with buttercream frosting recipe that I recently tried (I know how you feel about chocolate :)). I will have to e-mail it to you because I am telling you -- it is seriously the most moist and delicious cake I've ever had! SO GOOD!

Glad to hear things are going well for you and I think it's so great that you've signed up for some classes at the college. I know how much you've wanted to be going to school.

Good to see you! It's been so long! I'm doing my best to get something up now and then. I was quite the slacker for a while. Problem is that I get on the computer and spend the whole day there! I just have to regulate my time and schedule. Especially since school will be starting again for the whole family soon.

Please DO send me the cake recipe!!! I would LOVE to try it! The eggrolls, YES, are AWESOME!!! SO GOOD! I'm always looking for new recipes to try anyway. ;o)

I want to see pictures! *whines* We had a wonderful time. I'm soooo glad we were able to do it. I want to do it again. I really want to go down to Arizona and visit the IKEA there... I've looked online and they have some great stuff but they don't have it to buy through the online store, which I think is lame. But I digress.

And I failed to make my memories of Morgan post. Darn it all!

And speaking of 'Darn it all!' we don't HAVE a B&N in Logan. So thanks for rubbing in the nummy goodness of their butterbeer when I can't even go get one. ;-) Luv ya anyway.
