Yupp it was suspended for copyright violation because Peter David threw a hissy fit when X-Factor was posted. He went to marvel legal THAT NIGHT and a couple days later it was shut down. Yet he says OH ITS NOT MY FAULT and thinks he did the comic world justice anyways. I, personally, think he's a fucking douche bag.

There's a scans_daily at InsaneJournal right now, and noscans_daily here on LJ. I think though everyone is still a little bummed. :(
