- Okay so when did "I have to go pray" become a euphemism for three-way? For serious! If that wasn't Lyla/Rig/Street fic come to life, I don't know what is. Lyla might have found God, but she's still horny!
- I'll admit I'm just as baffled as I was last week as to why Tim got Lyla to come down there. It seems fairly obvious that she & Jason are still in the crappy place that they ended last season in. I'm still wondering what happened to Suzie.
- How much did I love Coach trying to get busy with the Mrs.? I can't even begin to express how much. That was about fantastic. Actually, it was fantastic! Not that she doesn't deserve to be pampered, wooed and generally treated like a queen. Cause she so does.
- Mac trying to give Coach advice about *gettin' back in the saddle* was about the funniest thing ever! So wrong. All while eating sunflower seeds. Bwahahaha!
- The kid is still weird looking, however.
- While I'm generally in favor of Matt & Julie getting back together, I loved his smackdown of her. Seriously, she's just going to not say she's sorry, not apologize for what she did, and he's going to take her back? No. She acted like a punk, and generally treated him like a chump, and he let her. She's always run their relationship, he needed to let her know that if they ever get back together things aren't going to be the way they were.
- I do think the Decemberists are who they were supposed to go see last season, or maybe not.
- I kinda loved the awkwardness of the Coach/Smash/Matt dinner. That was made of awesome.
- Also, while I totally didn't see the way Coach benched Smash & Matt coming, totally loved it. Also, LOVED Bradley's moronic comment, totally missing the point. But not as much as I loved hearing Smash call Matt, Matty again. Things will be good if my boys are gettin' along.
- LANCE!! How hilarious is it that Coach still thinks his name is Lance, not Landry. And that he apparently is unable to actually learn his proper name! Heeee!
- Loved that he played an integral part in the game. Also, I was totally yelling at the screen that it was pass interference on that play when time ran out. Not that this is a scripted show & not an actual real game, or anything. Hello!
- I love Landry’s dad, even with what he did to him & Tyra, I really just do love him.
- I felt so bad for her. So sad with all she’s gone through, but he’s right, it’s all a little too convenient and coincidental. The thing is it was manslaughter, and justifiable, if they would have just told someone, Landry’s dad for instance, to begin with. Ugh.
Not much else to say. Really it’s just that when this show is good, it’s just better than anything else out there. And tonight it was very good.
