Not wanting to seem squeamish about a small measure of civic responsibility, but why can't potential jurors be pulled from lists of the Department of Motor Vehicle driver's license holders rather than Secretary of State lists of registered voters?

Am I barking up the wrong tree or what?

I'm sure 'the man' would be happy to create an exemption for terrorists who only hold a driver's license to create havoc and mayhem in this country.
