Nervous Breakdown!

Having a bit of a nervous breakdown - I have a huge presentation on Catherine of Genoa today, to take place sometime between 1:00pm and 4:00pm. I'm terrified out of my mind, so any prayers for inspiration and a calm brain would be most appreciated.
