[Filtered to Captains Abarai, Hitsugaya, Kyouraku, Ukitake, Unohana and Lieutenants Hinamori, Kotetsu, Kuchiki, Matsumoto]There have been some uncomfirmed reports about zanpakutou spirits spontaneously manifesting to their owners since Saturday the 25th. This has also happened to me: Kawagami appeared in the administrative office again this morning

Minazuki has also manifested. He is currently visible to others, as can be attested to by anyone who has been to the Fourth over the past day and a half. He spends much of his time patrolling the grounds when he cannot follow me indoors.

That this has happened at all, much less to so many of us, is a great concern indeed. Hopefully, the investigative efforts will quickly bear fruit.

Little more than the others have, I am afraid. Only that he feels a great dissonance with his world, preventing him from going back. And that this dissonance grows stronger each day. I fear that if we are unable to quickly remedy this situation, there will come a day when he and the other spirits will be permanently manifested. I know I need not explain to you how drastic such an event would be.
