I made somewhat of a new year's resolution and decided I'd start to and learn to cook this semester. I made my first meal tonight and it is awesome.
I call it
Ingredients
3 cups uncooked pasta - farfalle
2 cups frozen veggies - 'fiesta style' from meijer
2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1.5 tablespoons Basil Pesto
salt and pepper to taste
Boil water
Add pasta, bring to a boil
Add veggies
Cook 10-15 minutes until pasta is tender
Drain
Add EV Olive Oil, Pesto, Salt, and Pepper
Toss
Yum.
