I hate this time of year, even if my birthday is comming really soon. :/ Never during all my life have I survived a December without horrible depression and crying my eyes out. I know it seems strange when someone says "I understand" or "I know how you feel" cause usually they are only trying to comfort.
From what I can see, all I hear is something that sounds hauntingly like myself only a year ago. I still have extreme social anxiety. Though I find when I'm at my darkest most painful moments am I most creative. Its hard to decide which is better, which to live with your whole life.
After I finally let go, I am now finally have someone who has stuck by my side through tragedy and hardship. Never give up on love though. Don't shut that door.
Good luck on school work by the way, I know I had trouble keeping up with assignments and studies. Hope you fair better than I.
