I really don't know many people up here... and the ones I do I'm not very close to.
The person I'm talking to the most is my friend Megan, and she lives in California and is on her way to moving to North Carolina.
It's hard... but I think I'm doing okay...
The mood swings are the hardest on me...
Hopefully things are getting better. I'll feel better when I get to visit my mom... and I'll be less stressed when my paperwork from the army gets here so i can go see the doctor... I should have it all within a week...
Pregnancy is not easy. Your body gets taken over by an alien (so says a friend of mine who is about 7 months pregnant now!). Doing all that alone would be hard. I hope you can visit with your mom a lot. And yes, getting in to a doctor would be a really good plan, as soon as that paperwork comes through. Perhaps you can find a pregnancy group to join? Some hospitals have groups for expectant mothers. Or maybe there's a local La Leche League you could join? I found those meetings helpful during my pregnancy. And some moms really bond and end up sticking together for years. I also did a pre-pregnancy yoga class that turned out to be really great. Again, getting together with other pregnant women will probably help the isolation. You're kind of "in this together", and that will create a natural bonding situation. Even if you don't hit it off with everyone in a group, you'll probably make a friend or two, and it sounds like you really need that right now

Thanks so much for the advice. I'll check with the hospital when I go... and I'll keep taht in mind if she comes back...I was so happy she was indoor only, because I wouldn't have to worry about it, I read somewhere that if your cat is indoor only you don't need to worry about toxoplasmosis (I think that's how it's spelled).
Thanks again for your wonderful support and advice :)
