I realized this morning that I am starting to get old.  I had the windows open last night and it was raining and storming most of the night. When I woke up and hopped out of bed my right knee was killing me.  I'm not sure if I just slept wrong or it's the beginnings or arthritis, but I hope this isn't what I get to look forward to for the next
