It's been a very rough two months. Starting over is never easy and this has been especially hard on me. So I'm sorry if you haven't heard from me lately, but that doesn't mean I'm not thinking of you, mostly it just means I'm trying very hard to find some connections out here

I am glad that you are settling in, that your family, while having a rough time of it, is doing as well as can be hoped right now, and that you have your place set up and squared away. Remember - I am only a phone call, and a few hours' drive, away - if you need me, I will be there =)
