Gods, I've done it now. I've been working on this for a week or two, three. Finally, it is finished. [INSERT HEROIC MUSIC] Yes, ladies and gentlemen, my very first Discworld fanfiction, with its very own illustration.

Vimes/Vetinari slash. I've seen it all now.

Very good though. Especially the two of them saying each other's first names.

I liked it. Although I feel mildly disturbed that I did. Ah well.

I think they would just say each other's first names to annoy one another in the books. I'm certain Vetinari wouldn't like it very much, even if he wouldn't let it show. The only person known to get away with it is Lady Sybil -- bless her blue gowns.
Hadn't you ever seen any V/V before, then?

I have not yet read the story but the art is gorgeous! I think copperbadge's stories got me into Vimes/Vetinary slash and despite the squick that I have about cheating I absolutely adore this pairing! It is a close second to Vetinari/Drumknott :)

It squicked me a little, at first as well, but it soon became an addiction.
I dunno whether I've read any of copperbadge's stories; I have read everything I could find on ff.net.

Do tell me how you like the story when you finish it!

That was amazing.
They're my two favourite characters as well...
Oh gods, i wont be able to read another Watch book without thinking of this... yay!
