The sea's evaporated
Though it comes as no surprise
These clouds we're seeing
Their explosions in the sky

Dry your eye
Soulmate dry your eye
Dry your eye
Soulmate dry your eye
Cause soulmates never die

This one world vision

What is the matter, my lady? Feeling dreary? Spring is on the way, and you don't seem all that cheery about it.

In fact, many women seem depressed. Well, not that I care about that. I find it all very amusing.

Hmm~ Is that so?

This song does not mirror my inward image, you see. It just happens to be one of my favorites. I might go for something more cheerful next time, then~ ♥

Ah, I see. Simply a song to sing. But you know, at times when one is feeling down, one tends to listen to music that mirrors their current mood.

Just something to think about.

[ooc: XD; Maybe Meph listened to a lot of heavy metal when he was pissed off each time his plans were foiled...]

Well, I have always been thought of as an eccentric, and for a reason, I suppose. If I were to ever feel down, I would much rather listen to a cheerful tune so to lighten up the mood~

[Mephkins is such a hardcore headbanger. XD]

Why do you ask, Selphie-chan~? Is my singing voice that awful, by any chance~?

No, not at all. It was your song choice that made me ask. It's sad and I don't want you to be sad.

...I see.

You really shouldn't be worrying about me, dear. But I appreciate the thought.

[Baww, Yuuko is moved~ ;~;]

Physically, yes. But there are plenty of other ways for one to live on indefinitely.

...are there?

[ooc: This, kiddies, is what we call a crisis of faith xD]

Yes. The memories people have built together; the feelings they shared; their tenuous, but meaningful interference in the lives of others. It is all part of a greater web.

And as long as a single thread remains, people will live on.
