Stayed exactly the same this week.  I hate being a girl sometimes.  That is all.

you had such a huge weight loss last week, it balances out. besides, no weight loss is better than weight gain!

i'm currently on my 4th week and i really like it. all the exercise is making me hungry though so i find myself eating HMR entrees/bars/cereal. the people at HMR are big on the "more is better" thing and encourage you to have tons of product. no more than 1 bar per day, but as many shakes, cereals, and entrees as you want. It's great because it keeps me from wanting to cheat.
