It's official. I hate my job.  I can do it and do it well and the people are nice but Ihate my job.  hate hate hate it.  I called in today because Iw as in too much pain to walk properly.  My doctor had me come in and is sending me to podiatry because the injury I got in november still hasn't healed.  That is what is affecting me now.  I'm ( Read more... )

OK, so it's day 3 of the new job.  I was really worried they were going to treat me like a moron.  thankfully they didn't.  I still don't have the access I need to the programs I need to use but that is to be expected with the county help desk.  But i am doing what I can with what I have.  i'm working my ass off and I would probably be bored accept ( Read more... )

Well, I met my new supervisor this morning and got a tour of the building i'll be working in and got a little bit of a run down on what my job is going to be.  I'm trying to stay positive about this whole thing, I really am.  But I'm starting to fail and it doesn't help that the crying has set in.  But let's start at the beginning.

• Come to work and recieve a video email about the dire financial situation the County is in.
