Still in a lot of pain but at least it has localized.  Instead of it being my entire body it is just my upper back and neck.  Neck is really bad though.  I can't turn it very far at all.  Blech.  I took the day off yesterday because I was in all kinds of pain.  Spent the day all hopped up on muscle relaxers.  Went and saw Dreamgirls last night.  ( Read more... )
