Wow, it really has been a long time since I updated this thing...

Hmm...where to begin...well, another school year has started for the kids, Krysta is in 4th grade and Zachary in 3rd. Krysta still hates school, I fear she will never like it. But one good thing she's excited about is, the Warwick PTA is sponsoring a language fair type thing where the elementary kids can start early on a foreign language after ( Read more... )

It's Lois right? lol, couldn't resist. Glad to hear thins are still going at least not downward. Try not to be such a stranger, we miss ya.

Boy I'm glad you were being funny with the meeting meme -- I'd hate for people to think you were serious -- lol. I'm still around anytine you want to drop by.

big hugs

Doing well, keeping busy. Hopefully the kitchen will be finished either today or early next week. The sink is in and plumbed which is a big help. Still need to do the dishwasher, the vaccuum switch for the disposer, and the water filter -- but those are more nice to haves. Was a real pain washing dishes in the bathroom sink and having to run back and forth to get water. The ceiling trim still needs to be done, but that doesn't affect the functionality ( ... )

Wow!! Sounds like you guys have a full schedule ahead! Man just reading that is exhausting me...though the many travels certainly would be a nice change of pace here...I could use it ( ... )

Thanks hon. *hugs* I will try to post more often...though I may be getting a part time day job soon and that'll take up some of my somewhat free time...what little I have. But I'll try to post at least once or twice a week. :) How are things with you hon? Hope all is well. How's your son doing? tell him I said hi. :) I hope to maybe catch you online sometime for a chat...it's been a long time since our last one. We're overdue for one soon. :) *hugs*

Wow, how did I miss this??
That's too bad Krysta still doesn't like school. Hopefully sometime soon she'll have one teacher who will make a big difference and will change that.
Sounds like Zach is a little heart breaker. lol

It's so good to hear from you! Keep trying for the job, don't give up. :)
How could you cause any problems, ya silly?!

Well, this teacher she jas this year seems to be really great, she tries to make the class fun everyday...Krysta likes her and all, it's mostly the kids in her class that make it so difficult for her. Alot of the girls are snotty spoiled brats and many of the boys are just total bullies and jerks...I dunno what's wrong with the kids these days...well, I do actually, it's the parents...they don't raise their kids to be kind, respectful and generous. Most parents don't raise their kids period, they stick em in daycare at birth...I dunno...maybe it's just me. :( It's just sad to see my daughter have so many problems in school with the kids, enough to hinder her learning. I'm hoping taking the Japanese lessons after school brightens her up a bit once they start...she's so excited about it. :) I think it's great to have them learn another language at this age. Studies show they learn it quicker and it usually sticks more in them when they learn it young. And Zach...yeah he's just a goofball in school and the girls love it...everyone ( ... )
