I attempted something new yesterday

I was in one of my baking moods yesterday so I attemted to make a cake that looked like a pumpkin using bundt cake pans...basically making two cakes and placing the first one upside down and the second right side up on top of it...it came out ok, though could have been better, but it was a test run afterall so now I have a better idea how to do it

Oh honey you used to get so into decorating for Halloween. I'd love to see you do it again.

Yeah I really do miss doing the Halloween stuff...it would take me all month to work on my house but the finished look was awesome and all the kids in the neighborhood loved coming here and looked forward to getting the pants scared out of them when I'd jump out at them. lol I wish I could be two places at once sometimes...like I want to be home handing out acndy to the kids but I also want to take my kids out Trick or Treating...can't do both so time my kids are ready I hand out candy and then I just leave the bucket of candy out on my stairs for kids to take...not much else I can do...or my hubby stays home...but he's been gonig with me and the kids lately...which I like. But I am getting the itch to decorate this year. lol
