so yeah, i have been growing a parasitic twin off my ass for a couple months now.  ok, specifically, there is a marble sized lump on the side of my left ass cheek that has been getting bigger.  and now it hurts.  i've tried all kinds of squeezing, pinching, soaking in hot baths, etc. and finally this afternoon i determined it could only be cancer
