I went and saw Shutter Island with a friend last night, my friend loved it and I found it boring. I get back home and do my normal routine on friday nights I watch tv, surf the net and do laundry. then around 4:30 this morning I start throwing up, I lean forward to far and it starts coming out my nose so I jerk my head back and hurt my neck. my

I think I just pulled the muscle in my neck, painful yes but not to serious. I will keep you posted.
