so update on my health. I did strain my neck/shoulder muscle. went into the ER on monday because I just couldn't take the pain anymore. they gave me an injection of diladin which makes me very very loopy, it also doesn't sit to well with my stomach. they also gave me some other pain killers and muscle relaxers. I was a good girl and still went to
