feeling rejuvenated

I got home and unpacked from Atlantia's 30-Year celebration a few hours ago, and instead of feeling exhausted, I feel energized! I spent most of the weekend under my dayshade with my bindery equipment, working on books and talking with people. Mostly talking with people; I didn't get much work done. But that's fine! Congrats to Wistric! I heard that there was going to be a white scarf made, but didn't know who.

Wish I could have stopped by to see your work and display -- I am so interested in bookbinding (have been since I was long before a SCAdian), but it is one of those things I have put in the "someday I might have time" category. :) Along with so many other crafts ......

I'm so sorry I couldn't make it to the event - I would love to have seen your bookbinding set up and discussed it with you. Perhaps another time (I currently have the Small Person crawling all over me - literally . . . . .)

I think that you were probably the most popular stop on Artisan's Row. Every time I looked up, you were talking to several people at once. I'm glad that you are energized, that means the event was a success in my eyes. You did a great job with Artisan's Row.

Your display was lovely. I think an book track at University would rock. If it's up north, I could do a class on the stitchbook as the cheap paperback of the 16th century.
