Happy new year, hon!! Sorry to hear about the setbacks, health and money-wise, but glad to hear things are settling down. I can't help you make a decision, but just remember in your deliberations, there's no great reward without some risk. Money really doesn't buy happiness and a temporary financial crunch may very well worth the payoff in contentment/happiness/personal fulfillment in the long run. That said, I completely understand the need for financial stability. I'm so that person.

Best wishes as you ponder and make the right decision.

Happy new year to you too!

The reward vs the risk is what I'm fighting with the most right now. It makes sense to get back into my field, though it also makes sense to get a job that actually pays and gives me a finite hours of a week that I have to worry about it, versus the your life becomes the barn lifestyle with the horses. I get it, but I still like having the little bit of a lift that I have. And this barn is out in the boonies, so I would have another adjustment there. Ugh, but I am trying not to think too hard about this before the interview.

Oh no, boo to you getting the flu! That sucks!

I don't really have any advice on the job situation. I tend to go where the money is, but I don't really have anything that I'm passionate about like you do.

How is the kitty doing, by the way?

Don't freak out! All will be well!

Take care of you! (((huggles)))

The flu is never fun. It wasn't too bad, luckily, but still, no fun ( ... )
