Bored - so I thought, hey! I'll check out what I can get at my local library - only to find they put a block on my account

I dislike being blamed for something I didn't do. It's hard enough to accepting blame for what I did.

Can you fight this? Is there another library nearby?

The next closest library is 30 minutes away. I'm hoping that if I go in there an make a fuss about it that they might actually take the book of the shelf and unlock my account, instead of letting it go back out and have other borrowers blamed for the same thing. If anything - that's what I want to see happen. And next time I borrow anything I'm going to make a note of the condition and if it looks suspicious, I'll report it before I check it out..
